Fishtales sells only wholesale.

Do you have Minimum Order?

Minimum is $300.00, or (4) 2D fish carvings .
Furniture: (stocking dealer price) minimum is $3,500.00 "first order"
Furniture: (non stocking dealer ) cost difference.  No minimums.


What are your Payment Policies?

We accept all payments are by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.
We do not offer N30 terms.  You can also download a Credit Card Form.

 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We allow our customers a grace period of 10 business days from the time the order was placed.
Any cancellations after that will incur a 15% restocking fee.

How do I get a Username and Password?

Usernames and passwords are only available after completing Registration Form.

 

What is your Return Policy?

NO RETURNS!  All product is pre-inspected to be free of defects.


What do I do if my order has any damages or is short?

You must document all damages and shortages on the freight bill.  All damage claims must be
submitted within three days of receiving freight.
